COVID-19: What are your guarantees?
Whether you are insured with MondialCare or if you wish to become insured with MondialCare, our cover policy remains totally transparent and very simple throughout the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.
You will find hereby the details of your COVID-19 guarantee. For any further questions, our team is at your disposal from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 7pm on +33(0)1 82 83 56 26 (Time Zone UCT+1).
What is insured?
✓ All the medical consequences of a COVID-19 occurring during your period of cover. ✓ Medical, surgical, pharmaceutical and hospitalisation costs, including those generated by COVID-19 ✓ Medical repatriation in the event of illness or death
What is not insured?
✗ Negative PCR and blood tests ✗ Any cancellation related to COVID-19 ✗ Quarantine, forced confinement or even if you are stranded in a country, your insurance does not cover the resulting costs (neither accommodation, nor meals, nor postponement or modification of tickets)
